1. Slow Loris
Slow Loris is one of the dumbest animals in the world with large eyes and is found in Southeast Asian rainforests. As of now, 8 species of slow loris are known to humans that vary in color, size, and distribution. The dietary habit is omnivorous in nature and feeds on insects, eggs, small birds, and reptiles, although they have a preference for fruit. These coolest animals are known for their subtle movements in trees to avoid predators. The conservation status slow loris is vulnerable to endangered.
2. Otter
Otter is one of the animals that prefer to stay quiet and is referred to as one of the most adorable aquatic animals in the world. They belong to the family Mustelidae which contains carnivorous mammals that include skunks, weasels, wolverines, and badgers. The sea otter is the largest member of the weasel family, however, they are the smallest marine mammal in North America. They are also called pups and can also be called kits or kittens. There are instances when otter resents in abandoned beaver lodges or muskrat dens.
3. Narwhal
Narwhal is one of the aquatic animals that prefers to live in the cold waters of the Arctic (Atlantic Russian and Canadian areas). It is also known as Moon Whale and even unicorn of the sea. They are migratory species that spend the summer season near the coast and travel away from the shore during the winter to prevent being trapped in ice. The body length of male species can reach up to 16 feet and average wieght is upto 1.8 tons. The closest relatives of Narwhals are bottlenose dolphins, orcas, belugas, and harbor porpoises. The avarage lifespan of Narwhal is upto 50 years in the wild.
4. Mole
Moles are small burrowing mammals and one of the quietest animals in the world. They are found in every continent except Antarctica and South America. The avarage lifespan of moles is between 3 to 6 years in the wild. Talking about the appearance, the body is cylindrical in shape along with velvety fur, reduced hindlimb, and powerful forelimbs with large paws adapted for digging. The smaller mole is the American shrew mole that wieght between 7 to 11 grams and body length between 3 to 4 cm with a short tail and the largest mole is the Russian desman that weighs between 100 to 220 grams and body length of between 18 to 22 cm and the tail is long.
5. Gila monster
The Gila monster is one of the venomous lizard species that lives in southwestern parts of the United States and northwestern Mexico. They are mostly seen at an altitude of 5000 feet and prefer life in arid, semi-arid habitats and rocky regions. This is the largest lizard in North America that can reach upto 2 feet in length and up to 5 pounds in weight. Talking about the appearance, the body of the Gila monster is covered with beads instead of scales. The back side is black in color and intersected with pink, orange, or light markings in different patterns. The avarage lifespan of 20 years in captivity and even longer in the wild.

6. Badger
Badger is one of the forest animals that belongs to the weasel family. The body length of the badger is between 20 to 34 inches in length and the average weight is between 9 to 39 pounds. Talking about appearance, they have a grey, coarse coat along with a black face with white markings and a light stripe on the dorsal side of the body. The head is elongated and comes with small ears, a stocky, wedge-shaped body, and broad feet equipped with long claws. The avarage lifespan of badger is up to 14 years in the wild.

Quail is a bird species that belongs to the pheasant family. It is believed to have originated in North America and can be found in Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia, and South America today. As of now, 32 species of quails are known to humans that come in different sizes, colors, and types of habitat. The bird species can reach between 4.5 to 7.8 inches in length and its avarage weight is between 2.4 to 4.9 ounces. These common farm animals used to spend most of the time on the ground and only flew for shorter distances. The avarage lifespan of quails is between 3 to 5 years in the wild.

8. Okapi
Okapi is one of the animals with long faces that are primarily diurnal, however, they may be active for a few hours in darkness. The dietary habit is herbivorous in nature and feeds on tree leaves and buds, grasses, ferns, fruits, and fungi. They have long dark tongues that can reach their eyes and ears. These solitary animals prefer to live alone except during mating season or when an adult female has a calf. The main threats to the species include habitat loss and human settlement.
9. Galapagos Tortoise
Galapagos Tortoise is the largest tortoise on the planet that can be only found on the Island of Galapagos. As of now, 15 known subspecies of Galapagos, however, 11 are left in the wild. It can reach upto 4 feet in length and 475 pounds of weight. Talking about the appearance, they have a brown, protective shell where the upper side of the shell is called a carapace and the lower part of the shell is known as a plastron. They are cold-blooded animals and hence enjoy basking in the sun. The avarage lifespan of a Galapagos Tortoise is upto 100 years in the wild.

10. Dik-Dik
Dik-Dik is one of the world’s smallest antelopes in Africa that are native to Eastern Africa. They are found in eastern and southwestern Africa and the range includes southern Somalia to central Tanzania and in southwestern Africa from northern Namibia and adjoining parts of south-western Angola. These are social creatures and love to stay in pairs and may reside within the same territory for life. The dietary habit is herbivorous in nature and feeds on foliage, fruits, shoots, and berries.
