Miniaturk

2. The Forbidden Gardens

This outdoor museum, known as The Forbidden Gardens, which is adjacent to Houston, Texas, recreates the Forbidden City of China, one of the most significant tourist destinations in the entire world. A large number of the palace buildings and figures are shown in exquisite detail in the museum, which was constructed at a size of 1:20.

The Terracotta Army tomb of the first Emperor of Qin is represented by the soldiers and chariots of the Lodge of the Calming of the Heart, an outdoor area that is part of the museum. The entire museum was housed under a pavilion and has a small walking area. Regrettably, on February 21, 2011, the museum had to close its doors so that the Grand Parkway extension could take place. 7. Madurodam

The most comprehensive selection of models of the most significant Dutch landmarks may be found in Madurodam.
