1. Asian Elephant

3. Orangutan
Orangutan is a large-bodied ape with orange or brown hair and grows 3-4 feet long with a weight of 66-220 lb. Orangutan is found in rainforests, freshwater, and water swamps of the Southeast Asian Islands of Borneo. It is also known as a gardener of the forest as it lends a hand in seed dispersal and germination. Moreover, it is deemed as a tremendously intelligent and smart animal as it makes effortless tools for aiding itself.
Orangutan is an omnivorous animal feeding on fruits, figs, plants, leaves, flowers, insects, and bird eggs. It has become endangered by forest devastation, mining, agriculture expansion, and its low reproductive pace. They are also slaughtered brutally for meat and sometimes for keeping them as exotic pets.

4. Amur Leopard
The snow leopard can grow 42-54 inches long, weighing 55-105 lb with a life expectancy of 10 to 15 years. It is found in the forests of Russia in extreme conditions. It is also kept in national parks and centuries. This attractive mammal has a fur coat of gray and white color. Its long, fluffy and striped tail helps to regulate body temperature.
This gray-white color provides camouflage in snowy environments. It is a carnivore animal and can feed on animals like deer, sheep, goats, etc. Amur leopards are endangered and only around 80 to 100 leopards are known to be alive presently making their population awfully less. The Russian government is trying actually hard to safeguard them.
5. Giant Panda
The giant panda can grow as tall as 3 to 6 feet and weighs 200 to 300 lb with a life expectancy of 15 to 20 years. One of the fluffy animals found in fragmented mountain ranges in central and southern central China. It has a large black and white body with a white face, black eye patches, ears, legs, and shoulders. Its unique body color and round body make it cute and adorable.
Its black and white markings distinguish it from other bears. It has a thick wooly coat that keeps it warm in harsh conditions. 6. Blue Whale
The largest animal alive on the planet is Blue Whale which weighs 27000 kg and is 8 cm long. It has an average living period of 80-90 years and lives in the oceans. Its body color is blue-gray with a long, flat head and has a strong tail, massive flippers, and petite fins. Astonishingly, the weight of its tongue is the same as that of an elephant and its heart weighs like a car.
It is so loud that it can be even heard from a distance of 1600 km. It is a good swimmer moving at a speed of 8-30 km per hour and is a carnivore animal feeding on krill-a tiny water animal. Big sharks and ships running in the seas become a reason for their death and put the existence of this beautiful whale in danger.

7. Gharial
Gharial can grow as long as 19 feet and weighs 159 to 181 kg. It is found in riverine habitats of India and Nepal with a life expectancy of around 29 years. The gharial is one of the largest crocodiles and the coolest animal is known for its long cylindrical snout which is used for catching its prey. It is greenish-brown with dark brown scales, white on the underside having a powerful tail and a long snout. The gharial is listed as critically endangered by IUCN because of habitat loss by depleting water resources and using inverse fishing techniques.
8. Rhinos
Rhino is generally black-gray colored, weighing around 800 Kg -1400 Kg. Their length is around 3.3 meters- 3.6 meters with life anticipation of 45-50 years. The colossal horns and its vast body make it a comparatively treacherous animal that undeniably no one desires to muddle with. The foremost reason for their hard-line behavior is their reduced vision which makes them show antagonism against anything that they found as a hazard. Rhinos are on the urge of extinction as they are repeatedly poached for their horns.
9. Tiger

10. Sea Turtle
Sea turtle weighs around 70 to 1500 pounds and is 2 to 7 feet long. It has a life expectancy of around 50 years. It remains in the water for continuous hours and even sleeps underneath the water. Furthermore, it is an omnivore feeding on algae, jellyfish, sponges, and grass present in the sea. Also, it is considered endangered due to the tremendous misuse of their eggs and skin and the meager climatic conditions near the seas.
