1. Bosnia-Herzegovina

The flag of Bosnia and Herzegovina has a medium blue field with a yellow right triangle, and there are in total seven full five-pointed white stars along with two half stars top and bottom along the hypotenuse of the triangle.
The three points of the triagle in the flag represent three main ethnic groups or constituent peoples of the country of Bosnia and Herzegovina, named Bosniaks, Croats, and Serbs. The traingle also represents the approximate shape of the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The stars in the flag represent the infinite, and hence they will continue from top to bottom.
The colours of the flag represent neutrality and peace (white, blue, and yellow). These colours are also associated with Bosnian culture and history.
The blue background is evocative of the flag of the European Union.

The flag of Nauru was selected in a local design competition and adopted on independence day, January 31, 1968.
